NORTHSIDE PARK INC. is a non-profit self-sufficient organization. Registration fees alone do not cover all costs. We rely on various fund raisers and VOLUNTEER workers/community participation to maintain and upgrade this park. We DO NOT have a paid grounds/trash crew that keeps the park clean and maintained. If you have a child or have a family member that is a current member of the park, we ask that you be responsible and pitch in to maintain and upgrade the park. If you have any questions, a board member contact list is located in the concession and on the park website.

COMPLEX RULES
· No VEHICLES are allowed in park with the exception of park maintenance or material delivery to shed or concession stand
· No Smoking in park
· No personal BBQ grills within gates
· No Glass containers
· DO NOT remove pitching screens from cages
· No Drugs, Alcohol, or Weapons allowed on property
· No skateboards, rip sticks, roller blades, hover boards, etc. allowed in park
· Please don’t allow children to throw gravel
· No profanity or abusive language: Remember that the coaches and board members are volunteers AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, THESE ARE KIDS AND IT’S A GAME
· No PETS are allowed in park with the exception of licensed service animals pursuant to §§§ 3-1-7, 21-7-3, 21-7-4 Code of Alabama (1975); Companion, support, therapy, and comfort animals DO NOT constitute service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
· Scheduled events posted at concession stand and/or park website have first priority for field use
· Teams are responsible for removing all trash from their dugout when they leave
· Only current season league teams are allowed to use lights. No lights for anyone on Sunday or Wednesday nights. Practices are not allowed on Friday nights of Northside High home football games. There should be no lights on for practice after 10:00 p.m.
